When a company make some changes in its operation, employees will have questioning mind as to what it is all about and how it would affect them. Whether you are introducing a new method or relocating your company, managing the change carefully is of great importance. There is a risk of alienating your people and possible resignations if you do the changes too fast. While if you do the change at a very slow pace, you might not also see the benefits for your business sooner than when you planned it.
